Day 19-23 – june 2nd-7th

After scrubbing and feeding elephants, we finally got the shower off and feed ourselves with a 5 course Thai cooking class.

Jim Gaffigan, a stand-up comedian described Mexican food very succintly, it is various combinations of tortillas, meat, cheese, and vegetables. Although Thai dishes taste very different, we learned that most meals are the same thing. Various forms of Coconut milk, meat, lemon grass, Kaffir leaves,  and vegetables. The food was delicious.


Then we rocked the Sunday Bizarre, checked out a fish spa, saw some more Wats.
