day 3 – tuesday may 17th

Sushi Cooking Class – Whisky

We woke up to rain. The first two days were gorgeous, we now feel we hit a lucky stride since today we were to be indoors for about 6 hours making sushi. Yes lots of prep for a little amount of raw meat. But Taylor Swift took this class so it better be good. Let me tell you if you come to Tokyo and like Sushi, DO THIS!

Made Tuna, Salmon, the best sticky rice, Egg, Scallops, Regular/Inside out Rolls.


We then wrapped up the day with some sights and fine 12 year old Japanese Whiskey.
